Proclamation for 3rd & 11 Inc.

Proclamation from the City of Muncie declaring March 11th, 2022 as 3rd and 11 Day. 

Proclamation awarded by Mayor Ridenour and Deputy Mayor Ivy to Brandon Hayes for all his hard work and dedication to the youth of Muncie. Mr. Hayes is a retired NFL 

player with the Indianapolis Colts and Muncie native that has provided mentorship and various football programs for the youth in collaboration with the Muncie Parks and 

Recreation Department. 3rd and 11 was set up to help the local youth physically, 

educationally and mentally in an effort to help them develop healthy lifestyles, a positive self image, a sense of belonging and sense of competence. 

Brandon Hayes accepted the proclamation from Deputy Mayor Ivy and extended his 

thanks to the City of Muncie. Mr. Hayes stated he wants to give back to his community and help the youth of Muncie go further than he did. 

Brad extended his thank you to Mr. Hayes for all his hard work and for working with George Foley on programming and engaging the youth and giving them activities to do in the community.
